My Prices

What I charge is based on the last decade of refining my craft and having the ability to get results and provide an outcome to my clients. I am a firm believer that you cannot have something Fast, Cheap, and of great Quality. At least one of those variables must be sacrificed. For me, it's about offering the highest value and return on your investment - results in the most efficient timeframe, which comes at a cost.

Being nearly 16 stone at the age of 23 and a history of type-2 diabetes in his family, Ben knew that if he continued the way he did, he would be digging himself an early grave.

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all cancelled sessions. Any sessions cancelled in less than 24-hours notice will be charged in full.

OPTION 2

6-Week Package (18 Sessions)
£720
Paid either in full or 2 monthly instalments of £360
If paid in full, 10% discount applies = £648 (Saving £72)
  • Instalments billed on the final working day of each month.

1. Consultation

The first step is to book a consultation to discuss your goal, medical history, training and diet experience, the plan we will use, and what's going to be expected to accomplish those goals.

2. Body Fat Assessment & Functional Screening

The second step is to complete a 90-minute assessment session which includes a thorough body composition assessment (body fat percentage, measurements, pictures) and a functional screening including specific movements used to assess your individual abilities and any issues we may face when designing a structured programme.

3. Begin Training

Now your journey begins!

You will train with us 3 times per week. All you need to do is turn up with a positive attitude and be prepared to work hard. Do your part, we will do ours, you get results, we get results, everybody goes home happy.

4. Progress Assessments Every 2 Weeks

Your body composition assessments will be completed again every 2 weeks to ensure you're making progress. If progress has stalled, we will make the neccessary changes to get the ball rolling again.
