PERSONAL TRAINING
World-class 1 to 1 personal training to help you achieve a life-changing transformation in the most efficient timeframe. A complete transformational experience including training, nutrition, lifestyle improvement, and 24/7 accountability to ensure you achieve your goals. Whether your goal is fat loss, physique development, muscle building, or health improvements, my methods are backed by science and proven to deliver results.
We start with a consultation to discuss your goals, medical history, and training experience, and put a basic plan in place. On the second day, we complete a series of assessments (body fat, measurements, pictures, movement assessments) Then we begin your training and I re-asses your progress every 2 weeks. From there, we continue re-assessing and making the necessary progress to achieve your goal in the timeframe we have.
I will be in full control of your nutrition plan, manage your lifestyle, your training program, and all of the factors involved to ensure you achieve results.
ONLINE TRAINING
Online training is a 1 to 1 remote service and is provided via video consultations and reviews. Everything that I do with personal training is done the same but you just have to train and push yourself without me there. This is ideal for all levels.
