How long does it take to achieve my results?How long it will take for you to achieve a body transformation will depend on your current body composition (body fat % vs lean body mass), your genetics, your training age, and your commitment to the programme. If you've been overweight for many years of your life, it may be unrealistic to assume that you will completely turn this around in 12 weeks, however, most people are capable of making significant changes in around 12-15 weeks and if you're following the programme correctly, you should begin to see changes within the first 2-4 weeks.
